What an amazing backdrop we had to Rachel and Tom's fabulously romantic wedding at Easter
Rachel's entrance to meet Tom in the incredible Concert Room of St George's Hall brought tears to most eyes, especially mine. Etta James' blasted out "At Last" as Rach walked through family and friends, in her beautiful dress, to meet Tom . . .
And that was it, I had the hankies out for the rest of the wedding !!
Pimms and delicious canapes all round at St George's Hall
I hope you've been enjoying Etta James - and here's another amazing track. As Rach and Tom signed the register, it was Pulp's "Something's Changed". Just amazing - have a listen
Then off outside onto William Brown Street, so glorious in the sun
and there awaited our fab red 60s bus to take us through LIverpool and down towards the river
To our amazing 'secret' venue - Oh Me Oh My - with it's picture window views of Liverpool's Three Graces
Family memories
and such a perfect cake
Finding our places at the
beautifully crafted tables
The bride and groom arrive to much happy cheering
Heartfelt lovely speeches and present giving
That fabulous first dance
and one of the thousand beautiful handmade Japanese paper cranes
Making the cranes means all your wishes come true
and that is so beautiful
