  3. I lost my bara brith recipe years and years and years ago. I remember we used tea instead of water. Gave that extra rich colour. This is fantastic! Nancy x

    1. Hi Nancy! Let me know how it goes. I don't use the tea but still a good rich colour 'cos you boil the fruit.
      This is my Mum's recipe which in turn was from her Mum so from deepest Wales on the Llyn Peninsula.
